4 point and wind mitigation inspection was awesome! Great service, easy to schedule! And David was a dog person—that made things easier as I have two dogs here. He also gave me a few extra helpful suggestions about long term care, maintenance and money-saving tips for the home. He also helped facilitate the process for me to get homeowner’s insurance. I appreciated it very much and would recommend same to others,

Although some of the information was a bit difficult to hear, I really appreciate the truth. for a 4 point inspection and wind mitigation.
His professionalism and expertise were very impressive. He explained how he came to be an inspector after years as both a building contractor and real estate agent.
Davey described each point of the inspection clearly. It was a pleasure to have such a focused & considerate inspector come out to check my home for both insurance and practical reasons.
I will highly refer Guardian inspections to my friends neighbors and relatives.

Davey did a home inspection on a property I'm looking to purchase. He was way more detailed in his inspection than I would have expected because of a previous inspector I have used. He had his report completed by the end of the day and was very detailed in his report. I would HIGHLY recommend Davey / Guardian Home Inspections for anyone purchasing a home.
I plan to use him again in the near future for a WIND Mitigation and 4 point inspection to help save on my insurance.
