This company was a lifesaver. Our insurance rate was skyrocketing so we decided to shop the market and needed a home inspection. Davey made the process easy from start to finish. He was both professional and approachable, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He found additional hurricane protection features on our home and we were able to submit these for additional discounts. Unfortunately, the company that was going to be our new provider pulled the rug out from underneath us a couple of months into coverage (gotta love Florida's unstable insurance market). Once again, Davey came to the rescue by providing us with a contact that helped us find another insurance provider. He didn't have to do this for us since the inspection was long completed, but he sincerely cares about his customers. This type of customer centered service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this company. Davey is a standup human.

David Compton was amazing. He happened to be in our neighborhood the day I called and was able to come do a 4pt inspection the same day. He went above and beyond and took his time addressing other potential issues in our home. He was kind and professional and would definitely call him again if needed! Highly recommend him!

Davey did a home inspection on a property I'm looking to purchase. He was way more detailed in his inspection than I would have expected because of a previous inspector I have used. He had his report completed by the end of the day and was very detailed in his report. I would HIGHLY recommend Davey / Guardian Home Inspections for anyone purchasing a home.
I plan to use him again in the near future for a WIND Mitigation and 4 point inspection to help save on my insurance.

As a rule I normally don’t leave reviews… this is probably only my 4th one ever, but Davey Compton is more than worthy of the time. He could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, or accommodating! He answered every question I had, and every message I left. He came highly recommended by my roofer, Luke Bond with Lighthouse Roofing; another exceptional contractor! I was incredibly overwhelmed by having to hire people to work on and inspect my home, but I hit the jackpot with these two gentlemen! Davey thoroughly inspected my home. He offered very important guidance, and information that has made me feel confident that my home is safe and secure. If you are in need of any home inspections of ANY kind, Guardian Home Inspections should be your first and only call. Davey has done numerous inspections for our properties and is extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and provides a comprehensive report. His building knowledge is vast and I always appreciate if he sees something that I may need to address he can point me to a solution.
